Probus, 276-282. Antoninianus (Silvered bronze, 23 mm, 3.85 g, 12 h), Serdica, 280/1. IMP C M AVR PROBVS AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Probus to right, seen from behind. Rev. SOLI INVICTO / KA•Δ• Sol, radiate, standing front in spread quadriga, head to left, raising his right hand and holding whip in his left. Cohen - (cf. 574 for differing bust type). ProbusCoins.fr -. RIC - (cf. 862 var. for differing bust type). Apparently unpublished with officina letter Δ. A sharply struck and beautiful coin. Slightly rough, otherwise, good extremely fine.
